Presentation and Gift Giving
Pens arrive to you in a beautiful velvet drawstring pouch perfect for carrying in your purse, pocket or gift giving. Beautiful boxes are available to showcase your pen on your desk or further enhance your gift. Please note that not every box fits every pen.
Premium Presentation Case
Our premium desk pens are quite the showpiece displayed in one of our beautiful desk presentation boxes. Our premium presentation case made of either Rosewood or Maple painted black creates a dramatic presentation for one of our larger pens. It is made of wood with a 3" x 6" glass insert on the top, it has brass hinges and houses a velvet insert for holding your beautiful handcrafted pen. (Overall size is 8 1/2" x 5" x 1 1/2") This presentation case was specifically designed to house our premium desk pens: The Sovereign, The Jr. Sovereign, The Tycoon and, The Jr. Tycoon. It also provides a nice presentation for The Barrister, The Governor, The Aristocrat, The Prime Minister, The Dignitary and The Diplomat; however, with a slightly looser fit.

Custom-made Wooden Inlays
Since all of our pens are hand-crafted, our custom-made pens can be further enhanced by adding custom inlays such as custom wooden centerbands, striped bands, rings or Celtic knots. These embellishments can be made from a contrasting material to further personalize your pen.

Pictured below is Alex's 1st Place entry in the North Carolina Woodworker's Showcase. It is The Ambassador made of Big Leaf Maple Burl wood inlaid with Aluminum and Walnut in an intricate Celtic Knot and Centerband design.
Below left is The Ambassador in Morado with Satin Nickel plating and a custom made wooden centerband inlaid with Gabon Ebony polished to a high-gloss finish. Below right is The Ambassador in Gabon Ebony with Padauk inlaid oval rings and a custom made wooden centerband with Black Titanium plating polished to a high-gloss finish.
Shown above is The Commander in Mahogany with Maple and Ebony inlaid bands on the barrel of the pen, Satin Nickel plating and it is polished to a high-gloss finish.
Shown below from various points of view is The Ambassador made in Mahogany with two inlaid Maple rings and a custom made wooden centerband with Satin Nickel plating polished to a high-gloss finish. This is Alex's personal pen.

Customize a Pen
Pens can be ordered customized with your personal preferences by visiting our Customize a Pen page. Follow our simple directions outlined step-by-step. Normal turn-over-time is approximately two weeks.
Presentation & Gift Giving

With every pen, we also enclose a letter from Alex detailing your pen by design style, plating, material and finish. If your pen is a gift, we would be happy to further personalize this letter by addressing it to your recipient and advising them that you designed this pen especially for them with your customized preferences and details.
Payment
Our preferred method of payment is via Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to purchase through Paypal; you may also pay via credit card. We will also accept payment by Certified Check or Money Order. If you prefer paying by personal check, please understand that your order will not be shipped until your check has been deposited and cleared for two weeks in our personal bank.
Shipping
Our preferred method of shipment is Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service. They offer a reliable 2-3 day delivery option that we can pass on to you for $5.00 for most orders. If you are placing a bulk order, there may be an additional shipping charge.
