When you find a pen to your liking, simply add it to your cart. We accept payment via credit-card or Paypal.
Customize a Pen
Pens can be ordered customized with your personal preferences by visiting our Customize a Pen page. Follow our simple directions outlined step-by-step. Normal turn-over-time is approximately two-four weeks.
Presentation & Gift Giving
Pens arrive to you in a velvet drawstring pouch perfect for carrying in your pocket or purse, or gift giving. Beautiful boxes are available to showcase your pen on your desk or further enhance your gift. If you would like to upgrade your presentation with one of our beautiful display boxes, please review our options pictured on the Details page and add one to your cart.
If your pen is a gift please use the comments section of the shopping cart to provide us the date by which your pen is needed and we will do everything we can to deliver your gift on time.
With every pen, we also enclose a letter from Alex detailing your pen by design style, plating, material and finish. If your pen is a gift, we would be happy to further personalize this letter by addressing it to your recipient and advise them that you designed this pen especially for them with your customized preferences and details.
Payment
Our preferred method of payment is via Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to purchase through Paypal; you may also pay via credit card. We will also accept payment by Certified Check or Money Order. If you prefer paying by personal check, please understand that your order will not be shipped until your check has been deposited and cleared for two weeks in our personal bank.
Shipping
Our preferred method of shipment is Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service. They offer a reliable 2-3 day delivery option that we can pass on to you for $5.00 for most orders. If you are placing a bulk order, there may be an additional shipping charge.
